Returns and Exchanges

Due to each item is handmade to order, returns, refunds or exchanges will not be allowed. If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please email info@chicqbecandle.com with a picture of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving. All candles are handmade, it will take 7 to 14 days to ship. Please feel free contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.
